Price

The Transcantábrico trip includes

• Seven nights accommodation on board the train (with private bathroom).
• Seven dinners and eight lunches of typical northern Spanish cuisine (wine, coffee or tea and liqueur included).
• Seven buffet breakfasts on board.
• Mineral water.
• Music and entertainment in the pub coach.
• Guide accompaniment for the whole journey
• Planned excursions, including entrance to museums, churches, casino and more.
• Luxury coach that accompanies the train throughout the complete trip.

Prices for the 2008 season

• Double suite (2 people): 5,100 Euros          
  
• Single suite  (1 person): 3,570 Euros    
      
  Price in US dollars will be quoted based on the exchange rate on the date the request is received. All prices are subject to currency fluctuation adjustment.
  
  

Form of payment:

A 40% deposit is required to reserve. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure.

Cancellations:
$250 US handling fee on all cancellations plus the following
Booking to 21 days prior to departure	15% of price is non-refundable
20 to 11 days prior to departure	25 % of price is non-refundable
10 to 5 days prior to departure	50 % of price is non-refundable
4 to 1 days prior to departure	80 % of price is non-refundable
14 hours or failure to show	100% of price is non-refundable
No fees, other than the $250 US change fee, will be charged when clients change their departure date as long as they give at least 30 days notice and go on to make the journey. If the trip is cancelled once the departure date has been changed, full cancellation fees (100%) will be charged.
